We are a Holbeach, Lincolnshire based company with many years of experience in the Building Industry, formed in 1972.

 Robert Neve and Johnny Nicholls have built up a reputation for high quality developments, extensions and renovations.

Winning many awards over the years, In 2005/2006 winning the South Holland District Council Built In Quality Award for Small Developments under 9 properties, the development  was so outstanding that we are are still winning awards for it, most recently receiving Highly Commended Award  for East Midlands Regional Awards covering Leicestershire,Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.  

The development is located in a local village, Gedney Dyke,  the front property being a Thatched cottage that can be seen in our e-portfolio.  

Generally most properties are sold before they are complete ,obviously  enabling the purchaser to have their own interior design input.
